Training & Support - Hollis Air Duct Cleaning

Every visit starts with

Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents

Worth knowing

That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.

Training & Ongoing Support

You don’t need to know a Rotobrush from a paintbrush when you sign on with Hollis Air Duct Cleaning. That’s not a line, it’s how the system was built. Garrison Partners has been running service brands since 2004, and the training program exists to take someone with zero trade experience and get them booking jobs, running crews, and reading P&L statements inside their first quarter. The playbooks are written. The equipment training is hands-on. The support doesn’t end at launch. Here’s how it works.

Initial Training

Week one starts at a dedicated training facility where you learn the trade the same way a technician does: on actual equipment, in actual ductwork, with a trainer who has run real job sites. We cover the full service menu: air duct cleaning with Rotobrush rotary brush systems and Nikro negative-air machines, dryer vent cleaning, and duct sealing. You’ll learn what a static pressure reading means, why a trunk line matters, and how to explain all of it to a homeowner in plain English. Then we move to operations: scheduling, quoting in writing before any work starts, dispatching, and the Garrison Code that every location follows: show up inside the window we gave, price in writing, do it by the book, leave the site clean. You’ll also get trained on the software stack for CRM, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. Hiring and marketing training come next, built from the brand’s own playbooks, so you’re not figuring out job ads or local lead generation from scratch. By the time you leave, you’ve shadowed live jobs and run through launch scenarios with the support team.

Launch Support

Opening the doors is where most franchises go quiet. That’s not how this works. Your launch team helps set up your local marketing footprint: Google Business Profile, local landing pages, service-area targeting, and the lead engine that feeds your phone lines. We help you work through your first hiring class so your techs are background-checked and uniformed before they ever knock on a door. Your first jobs are coached in real time. When the phone rings and a homeowner in your market asks about pricing, you’ll already know how to give a written price range and how to hold it, no bait-and-switch, because that’s The Garrison Standard. The national brand runs its own campaigns and routes leads to your territory, but the local push is yours, and we show you how to run it without guessing.

Ongoing Support

Support doesn’t stop after your first invoice. Ongoing support includes:

  • Field coaching: periodic ride-alongs and job-site reviews from operations coaches who know the trade and the brand standards.
  • Marketing support: updated creative, local campaign guidance, and lead-generation tools you can deploy without hiring an agency.
  • Vendor relationships: national pricing and supply lines for Rotobrush, Nikro, Abatement Technologies, and filtration brands like Honeywell, Aprilaire, and Guardsman.
  • Technology updates: software upgrades, reporting tools, and tech stack support so your scheduling and invoicing stay current.
  • National brand campaigns: brand-level advertising and lead routing that keeps the Hollis name working in your territory.
  • Annual refresher training: new technicians get the same onboarding you did, and existing crews get updated training as equipment and methods evolve.
